Small Group Tutors for Afghan Refugee Middle/High School Students (Tu/Th/Sat)

Hi Everyone! We are looking for volunteers to support small group tutoring for Afghan refugee middle and high school students. Tutoring sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8 PM and Saturdays from 11 AM to 1 PM. Tutoring includes basic literacy support, reading comprehension, writing, and grammar. Some tutors support students with math studies, science, and social studies. Training is provided. Tutors are also invited to participate in special events, including cultural and educational outings as well as college visits.
High school students are welcome to volunteer for this opportunity.
We are also looking for volunteers/potential interns for summer 2026 who are available to work weekday daytime shifts (schedule pending).
