Develop Leaders. Strengthen Communities.

Introduce Your Team to the Board Impact Program (BIP)

Today’s organizations are looking for ways to develop strong leaders while deepening their impact in the communities they serve. The Board Impact Program (BIP) provides a structured pathway for employees to gain leadership experience while supporting nonprofit organizations. By participating in BIP, your employees gain the knowledge and confidence to serve as effective nonprofit board members—bringing new leadership perspectives back into your organization.

Why This Matters for Your Organization

Supporting board service is more than community engagement—it’s strategic leadership development. Companies that encourage nonprofit board participation often see:

• Stronger leadership and governance skills
• Increased employee engagement and retention
• Expanded professional networks and partnerships
• Deeper corporate community impact
• Enhanced brand reputation and social responsibility

The Board Impact Program helps prepare employees to serve thoughtfully and effectively so their board experience becomes meaningful for both the nonprofit and your organization. When employees serve on nonprofit boards, they bring back broader perspectives, governance insight, and strengthened leadership capabilities.
