SAPCA's Policy and Advocacy Committee
Do you want to make a difference in your community? Join SAPCA’s Policy & Advocacy Committee! We are looking for youth and adults who care about healthy choices and want to speak up for change. Committee members will:
- Learn how policies and laws are made;
- Share ideas for new policies;
- Monitor legislation in the Virginia General Assembly; and
- Build skills to be strong advocates.
We are currently recruiting committee members, and meeting dates and times will be set in the coming months. Your voice matters—help us create a safer, healthier Alexandria.
