UNCUT Youth 4th Back to School Community Day

Volunteer Call: 4th Annual Back to School Community Day – Saturday, August 9, 2025

UNCUT Youth is committed to helping underserved youth in Alexandria, VA, uncover their best selves, unlock their fullest potential, and unleash their destiny. We are proud to host our 4th Annual Back to School Community Day, a free community celebration designed to equip over 1,000 students across the DMV with essential school supplies and resources to start the school year strong.

This exciting day will feature food, games, raffles, pool access, and backpack giveaways for local families—and we need your help to make it a success!

Volunteer Shifts Available:

• Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Setup & Early Event Support)

• Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Event Support)

• Shift 3: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Late Event Support & Breakdown)

Volunteer Arrival: Volunteers should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled shift.

  • School Supplies Distribution
