ALIVE! Drivers Needed

Help us drive one of the ALIVE! 16' box truck for any of the following volunteer activities. A commercial drivers license is not required. Register for a specific date by visiting ALIVE!'s online volunteer scheduling tool. Linked here 

Last Saturday Food Distributions
Drive an ALIVE! truck filled with food to one of the outdoor distribution events held on the last Saturday of each month.
6:30 am - 11:30 am | Must be 21yrs old to participate. Report to 801 South Payne Street 

Furniture Program 
Drive an ALIVE! truck along an assigned route to pick up donations of furniture and deliver to Alexandria families in need. You will be matched with volunteers who will load and unload the truck.
Every Saturday 8:00 am - 1 pm | Must be 21yrs old to participate. Report to 801 South Payne Street

-Please wear closed-toe shoes.  

-Parking is available in the lot as well as street parking. 

DO NOT Volunteer if  :

- You exhibit any symptoms of a respiratory illness including fever, runny nose, sore throat, coughing or difficulty breathing now or in the past 24 hours.

- You have been to any places, and therefore exposed, where people have tested posted for COVID-19.

- You are at high risk of severe disease (including persons who are older than 65; have underlying heart disease or lung disease, diabetes, liver disease; are immunocompromised; on dialysis; or have severe obesity with BMI greater than 40).
