The Best of the West End Festival Volunteers
The West End Business Association, in partnership with Volunteer Alexandria, is hosting a festival with music, arts & crafts, beer, and food to celebrate community. Volunteers are needed to help with logistics in the morning and afternoon. Volunteers should be outgoing and friendly, and able to carry heavy items, including tables, chairs, and boxes of goods.
Morning
- 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. - 8 volunteers to set up the booth, assist vendors in setting up their tents, tables, and move their items from the loading area to their assigned space.
- 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - 4 volunteers needed for the water station and to serve as runners.
Afternoon
- 1:30 to 4 p.m. - 4 volunteers needed for the water station and to serve as runners.
- 4 to 6 p.m. - 2 volunteers to take down the booth, assist vendors in taking down their tents, tables, and move their items to the loading area.
- 6 to 7 p.m. - 6 volunteers to take down event materials. Must be 18+
