Recreational League Soccer Coach
ASA's Rec League soccer program is looking for volunteer coaches! Coaches will assist this spring, with teams ranging from PreK through 4th Grade (you can select what age you’d like to work with). The Recreational League runs from April 11 to June 6.
This position would require the volunteer to be in the City of Alexandria two times per week (one weeknight and one weekend day). The volunteer soccer coach role requires two or three hours per week: running practice on a weeknight, coaching a game on Saturday mornings, and sending weekly emails to your team.
We LOVE our volunteer coaches and want to make this opportunity rewarding and fun for you. ASA provides equipment (balls, cones, pinnes), coaching education and practice plans, and a coaching shirt. We are here to support you throughout the season.
