4 Mile Run Farmers and Artisans Market Marketing and Communications Volunteer

4 Mile Run Farmers and Artisans Market is seeking two creative and motivated Marketing Volunteers to support our efforts in promoting our mission of bringing fresh, nutritious food to people of all income levels, provide an opportunity for local artisans and producers of goods to bring their wares to market, strive to reflect the diversity of the community, and improve the quality of life for Arlandria residents and visitors.

Our Marketing Volunteers will assist in creating content, managing social media, and developing marketing strategies to engage our community and attract vendors, customers, and volunteers.

Key Needs

• Content Creation
• Social media management
• Writing email newsletters
• Events promotion
• Graphic design
• Writing press releases
• Translating material into Spanish (this would be a plus! Would be granting of a wish to find a Spanish speaking volunteer!)

Qualifications

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation

- Experience with graphic design tools

- Previous marketing experience is useful although not necessary

- Must be 21 years or older

Time Commitment

1-7 hours per week, flexible schedule. Some weeks may be busier than others. Some weeks you may have more time to volunteer than the next. We want to work with you!
