Interested in helping us plan, organize and execute events for National Preparedness Month? Join our planning team! No experience necessary just a passion for emergency preparedness. September Themes for National Preparedness Month: Week 1- Make a Plan - Businesses Outreach Week 2- Build a Kit- First Aid Kit Hand Out/ Kit Building; 9/11 Remembrance and Education Event Week 3- Prepare for Disasters - EP and VRC Combined Training and TTX Week 4: Teach Youth about Preparedness -Charles Beatley Library (10:30 AM- 2:00 PM Sept 25th )
