*FULLY REMOTE* Parent Support Text Line Volunteer
Looking for passionate volunteers with parenting experience and/or a background in parenting education/counseling to spend between 4-8 hours a week supporting the brand new Parent Support Text Line. This is a text line in which parents can text questions that they may have. Volunteers will respond and offer support/additional information. The current hours are M-F between 8:30A-4:30P. The shifts are: 8:30A-12:30P and 12:30P-4:30P. Volunteers would be responsible for just 2 shifts a week (or less depending on the number of volunteers on the schedule). This is a completely REMOTE volunteer opportunity, that can be done from the comfort of your own home, office or even while grocery shopping. This is also a wonderful way to support the families in our community. We would love to have volunteers with all language abilities sign up but especially Amharic, Arabic and Spanish speakers.
