Success Story
SPARC's Program Directors wanted to bolster their Excel skills to make building, managing and assessing programs more efficient and impactful.
Skill Connect volunteers developed and led training sessions, answered questions and provided individualized support. The Program Directors now are more confident and agile when using Excel and the nonprofit has the resources to train future staff.
We had questions but did not know how to ask them; now we have more answers, and we also have enough understanding to do research and ask one another questions when we do not know what to do next."
