Family Volunteer Day 2022

VolALX is excited to host our annual Family Volunteer Day on Saturday, November 19! Volunteering together as a family has many benefits. Working side by side provides opportunities for a shared experience, connection, and conversation, and family members get to see each other in a new light. Volunteering also cultivates empathy, encourages kindness and gratitude, and shows even the youngest child how a small positive act can make a big difference
Families of all ages are invited to spend time to benefit a family who may be struggling. Activities include creating gift tags for presents, decorating envelopes for gift cards, creating wreaths, among other activities.
To sign up your family, please choose the 'Sign up as a team' option and list all of your family members with their ages. This will give us an accurate count of volunteers for the day!
