Learn & PlayGroup Program Preparation
At the Center for Alexandria's Children, we offer weekly Learn & PlayGroup sessions from September to June for free to the families with young children of the City of Alexandria. But before we can have those playgroups, we need to prepare our materials, toys, and other supplies for the year.
That's where you come in! We are looking for 3-4 volunteers to help clean and disinfect toys and help prepare craft supplies for our lessons. Preparations for the craft supplies may involve cutting paper, tracing, hole punching, tying string, etc. All materials and supplies will be provided (including gloves for cleaning of the toys).
