St. Martin de Porres Senior Center

The Mission of Catholic Charities Elderly Services Program is to provide supportive services and resources to needy people age 60 and older throughout the Diocese. The program encourages elderly persons to retain their independence and use their talents and experiences through participation in community and parish programs. These programs will be planned recognizing the dignity of the individual and allowing each person to reach their fullest potential. St. Martin de Porres Senior Center is a multipurpose program providing a variety of services to the areas isolated and low-income elderly. The Center promotes wellness, independence and delays or prevents premature institutionalization of persons 60 and older through its many programs. It provides congregate meals, health, recreation and educational programs. It serves as a community focal point for comprehensive service delivery.
