Advertising/Marketing Team
We are seeking a skilled Database Architect/Modeler with extensive experience in NoSQL databases to join our non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database solutions that support our mission-driven initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of NoSQL technologies and the ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable database architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target demographics.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the organization’s website.
- Ensure all content reflects the organization’s voice and mission.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, radio).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the organization’s social media accounts by creating engaging posts that promote events, fundraising efforts, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance visibility and support for the organization.
- Organize promotional events or outreach activities to raise awareness about the organization’s mission.
Fundraising Support:
- Assist in developing marketing materials for fundraising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and fundraising goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and insights for review by senior management.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign success rates.
Qualifications
- MUST be 18 years and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Experience in marketing or advertising; experience in non-profit sector preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail; ability to create persuasive messaging.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
