Bicycle Mechanics - No experience necessary, training provided!
No experience is necessary! We're looking for anyone interested in learning how to fix bikes or helping others.
Experienced staff and volunteers are available during volunteer nights at our warehouse to guide new volunteers in refurbishing donated bikes at our warehouse. Our Alexandria shop also offers opportunities to assist customers in fixing their own bikes. Visit Velocity's page on Meetup.com to sign up now!
Please note that volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them to their first volunteering experience and sign a liability waiver for them, and volunteers under 16 must have a parent or guardian supervise them at all times while volunteering with Velocity.
