Spitfire Mentor
The Spitfire Club is looking to build a network of volunteer mentors that are passionate about girls empowerment, love of reading, and building inclusive community. A Spitfire mentor believes that all Spitfire girls are good and have the capacity to thrive. This opportunity would involve a chance to listen to, bond with, and serve as a role model to a small group of 4th and 5th grade girls. This mentorship would consist of a commitment to meet weekly (when school is in session) for 90 minutes during after-school hours from November-May. If you feel excited about the chance to read, play, learn, and bond with a small group of the same 3-4 Spitfire girls each week, please feel free to reach out!
