Volunteer as a Job Counselor
Are you looking for a meaningful way to get involved with TWB? We are recruiting volunteers to act as Job Counselors for our upcoming sessions. This is a great opportunity to work one-on-one and build impactful relationships with Team Members while helping them discover and expand their career goals.
As a Job Counselor, you will meet with your assigned Team Member on Wednesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 pm in person at Together We Bake.
The Job Counselor role entails working one-on-one with a current Team Member to develop a long-term vision and goals related to employment, assess job readiness, prepare a resume, prepare for interviews, practice interviewing skills through mock interviews, identify potential positions, and support the application process. We will provide you with extensive materials and training on how to best accomplish these tasks with your Team Member.
