Quality Survey Caller for Healthcare
Capital Caring Health is a non-profit healthcare organization providing care to over 1200 patients daily thoughout Virginia, DC and Maryland. Our patients receive specialized hospice and palliative care. We provide care to pediatrics to geriatic patients.
Capital Caring Health is seeking volunteers to help with our quality survey phone calls. These calls help us provide the best service possible to our families/patients. Volunteers will be fully trained and will receive support be successful. These calls can be made from the comfort of your home.
Volunteers will conduct calls between Monday- Friday 9:00am-9:00pm. Each call takes about 10 minutes. Volunteers will make 10-50 calls per week. Time commitment of 2-3 days per month with 2-4 hours per month. Schedule is flexible
