Communications Support - Communications Plan Development
This dynamic local girls' empowerment organization needs more humanpower to develop a strategic communications plan. We're a small (but mighty!) organization and communicating is the job that never gets enough attention in our shop. Specifically we need support with:
- Assessment of existing communications activites
- Idenfication of key communications objectives, audiences, messages, channels/platforms, and metrics
- Recommendations for how to build
- a cohesive brand image/brand identity,
- strong engagement and support around key messages,
- and a streamlined implementation plan for how to get these messages out
- Plan development: could include drafting a communications calendar, updating templates for various platforms, identifying partners and how to engage them, and drafting messages to support the plan, or whatever you'd recommend!
Important note: we've thoroughly reviewed and revised our mission and vision statements! The good news is that we know who we are! We now need to consistently and effectively build engagement around this.
We're hoping that you know more about this than we do, so we need self-starters with ideas! All work will be entirely remote and on your own schedule. We envision this being a project with a clear start and stop. We estimate that this project will be completed within two months.
Teams and individuals with previous experience in communications are welcome to express interest. We are a 501c3 and are therefore able to provide an acknowledgement letter for in-kind services provided.
