Sound the Alarm, Save a Life Smoke Alarm Installation!
HELP SAVE LIVES IN YOUR COMMUNITY! Every day 7 people die in home fires, most in homes that lack working smoke alarms. Your help is needed! Volunteer today and join us for our next Sound the Alarm, Save a Life rally in the City of Alexandria, SOUND THE ALARM RALLY The American Red Cross of the National Capital Region is looking for volunteers to support the Sound the Alarm Smoke Alarm Instalation Rally. Partnering with the City of Alexandria Fire Department, volunteers will visit homes in in Alexandria Neighborhoods to install free smoke alarms, replace batteries in existing alarms and share home fire safety education materials. You MUST register to volunteer for this event. Breakfast and lunch will be provided
A few hours of your time can make a life-saving difference to families facing a home fire emergency.
