4-H Communication Contest - Volunteer Judge
Alexandria 4-H is seeking volunteers to serve as judges for the 2020 Alexandria 4-H Communications Contest. Judges will be asked to evaluate speeches and demonstrations and provide feedback to 4-H members.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend Orientation
• Use the scoring sheet to judge each participant
• Provide constructive criticism
• Utilize Danish system of judging
• Work with room host to complete scoring sheets and summary sheet
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Understand and follow 4-H philosophy regarding competition
• Knowledge of 4-H Communications Event Guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Interest in working with youth
