Garden Party Event Volunteer
IMPACT
Join the ASO at our annual Garden Party and help us reach our goal of raising $300,000 by 2021.
75% of the ASO's annual income comes from individual contributions from events like these to: Initiate new artistic projects, expand community outreach, introduce the new Music Director, and celebrate the 75th anniversary.
ACTIVITIES
Set-up and take-down event items to include tables, linens, decorations etc.
Organize and display silent auction items and bid sheets
Pour and serve wine
Replenish food and drink as needed
Assist in checking in/out auction winners
TIMEFRAME
June 13th, 2018 3 PM - 6 PM AND/OR 5:45 PM -10 PM

The Lloyd House

Alexandria, VA
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to stand for long periods
Able to do some light lifting
Experience with customer service
Bar tending skills a plus but not necessary

DRESS CODE
Garden Chic - a.k.a. dressy clothes you'd feel comfortable wearing outside
Bartenders should wear white dress shirt and black dress pants.
