Psychological First Aid Training
Susan MacLane will teach the Psychological First Aide Training Part I.
Ms. MacLane provides training in Disaster Psychology/ Psychological First Aid, Disaster Mental Health, CPR/AED and First Aid. Her licenses include LPC- Licensed Professional Counselor and CEAP- Certified Employee Assistance Professional. The training will include the following topics: Types of Disasters, Responses to Disasters, Key Concepts of Psychological First Aid, Reactions/Psychological Symptoms, Resilience, When to Refer/Request Support, Your Role in a Disaster, and Self-Care.
Those who attend Part I, MUST attend the Psychological First Aide Training Part II which will be scheduled at a later time.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
