Help us hang lights for our Cora Kelly Holiday Light Show!
Cora Kelly PTA needs help installing lights for our annual Holiday Light Show!
Cora Kelly School for Math, Science and Technology is a diverse learning community dedicated to educating all students for success in the 21st century through science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This STEM focus carries into the Habitat, an outdoor classroom located in the school courtyard that has been certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Backyard Habitat. Last year, the Cora Kelly PTA organized volunteers to decorate the features of the Habitat with holiday lights so students, their families and community members could come together in the Habitat to enjoy the lights, hot cocoa and holiday cookies. We are continuing this tradition with another Holiday Light Show on December 19! Our goal is to delight our school community with even more lights this year and we need a team of volunteers to help install the lights to create an enchanting holiday environment.
Volunteers are needed on December 16 and 17 from 2-5pm.
